Dumoulin (Team Cofidis) wins the overall standings of one of the first European races.

Dumoulin already finished first on day 3 of the race. He was able to keep his competitors at distance and gain the first multi-days race victory for Cofidis. Team Cofidis is riding with BBB helmets, and cycling computers and use BBB tools for repairs.
