Steegmans finishes second in Tour Down Under

On January 19 the Tour Down Under started in Australia, the official kick-off of the 2010 cycling season. Gert Steegmans (Radioshack) finished second, right after André Greipel (Columbia).
The Belgian sprinter nearly missed the victory. Steegmans is very motivated with his new team Radio Shack, the team of Lance Armstrong. He will focus on another stage to book the first victory for the team.
